Keep your business moving no matter where your supplies are coming from. Benefit from accurate and efficient management of your overseas supply chain and containers, and purchase stock from global suppliers in multiple currencies, with supplier lead times taken into consideration.
Tailor how additional costs relating to purchasing, shipping, duty, container fees and more are absorbed and distributed to calculate landed costs and margins. Use this information to understand the true cost of each item and get a picture of your overall outgoings.
Avoid getting caught out with empty shelves of fast-moving stock. OrderWise puts you back in control of your stockroom across locations, keeping popular products replenished and freeing up cash held in previously unsold stock. Automatically identify stock demand for products during peak times and control fulfilment capabilities accordingly. Above all, reduce manual interaction with stock and eliminate forecasting errors, creating a self-sufficient operation for good.
OrderWise also shares existing purchase order (PO) information directly from a sales order, so users can provide customers with up-to-the-minute information on when stock is available to capitalise on additional sales opportunities.
Our purchasing solution integrates seamlessly with our flagship software packages for even more capabilities as your business grows. A purchasing order system, often referred to as procurement management software, is a trusted means of managing business expenditures. A dedicated solution which enables you to not only gain insight into previous buying habits but allows logical buying decisions to be made on your behalf.
Whether it’s based on seasonal transitions or previous sales figures, this exceptional intelligence will combat the occurrence of human error and ensure you don’t end up with problematic stock levels.
With 30 years of experience in providing software solutions to businesses like yours and over 200 experts working from our purpose-built head office, you can be confident when dealing with OrderWise that our software, experience and expertise will directly benefit your business.
That’s why over 1000 customers trust and stay with OrderWise, with over 150 more joining us each year.
The back-to-back ordering is just phenomenal, that’s alleviated the pressure on our buying department and totally changed our business – we’ve given the power back to our sales staff to order their own special goods which has freed up a lot more time in the buying department for them to focus on managing our stock better.
On the stock control side, obviously we have a lot of different ranges and products. By having everything in one place, it makes things easier as you know a product is going to be in that place, in that amount. It’s also easier for the staff putting on the orders, they can check to see how much is in stock, whether it is in stock at all, and then we can just run the OrderWise To Purchase Report to pick up what we need to buy and what we don’t.
The vast majority of what we do is drop ship, so it’s all virtual really, but the way OrderWise controls stock and reorder levels works really well. We can have an order from the web filled with good accurate data with no errors and it is acknowledged to a customer within a minute. Even on the supplier side everything matches up to the order, we simply find the right product, pay the right price and collect the money from our customers – because everything’s so organised and structured, it just drives quality in everything we do.
In today’s fast-moving marketplace, your business needs to be able to make decisions quickly to stay ahead of the curve. OrderWise KPI Dashboards provides a visual representation of key performance statistics, with over 300 dynamic dashboard elements and constantly refreshed data.
