For companies regularly processing large, multi-line orders, it can sometimes be more productive for an order to begin being packed before the full pick has been completed. To accommodate this way of working, new part pick functionality has been added to OrderWise Mobile WMS Devices, designed to work alongside a new pack scan process.
Manually rekeying order information into different courier platforms can be a time-consuming process and significantly increase the likelihood of errors. With OrderWise Courier Integration, businesses can already link our software with over 50 popular couriers, helping you to eliminate errors and massively streamline your shipping. This month sees the addition of Royal Mail API integration, as well as a new FedEx link for handling returns.
Many businesses will often use a variety of couriers for their fulfilment, as the best value shipper will usually vary from order to order. Using a range of couriers can sometimes leave packers with a bit of a headache when it comes to knowing what materials to use. Making things easy, a new feature has been added to OrderWise that enables users to restrict packing materials to certain delivery methods.
OrderWise has been a registered Sage developer for nearly 20 years, so we always ensure that our software integrates with the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts. This year is no different, with the latest version of OrderWise having Sage 2020 integration added. If you are an existing OrderWise user, you must upgrade to version 19.9 before upgrading to Sage 50 2020.
Effectively handling customer invoices is an essential part of any business operation, with accurate maintenance of billing addresses key to ensuring invoices arrive to customers on time. To assist with this, we have added new functionality that enables OrderWise users to add multiple invoice addresses to their customer records.
