From small beginnings to national supplier
Launched in 2001 with a focus on shower trays, PROCare has grown into one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of wet rooms, accessible bathrooms and adaptive kitchens. From a small office and 20 staff, the business now operates over 75,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space with 100 staff. Today, PROCare is a trusted partner to housing associations, local authorities and contractors nationwide.
“Before Orderwise, processing 50 orders in a day was time consuming. Now we’re regularly doing 150+ and handling far more products, all thanks to Orderwise keeping us efficient.”
Barriers to scaling
As PROCare grew, its legacy systems couldn’t keep up. Manual order processing and Sage 50 worked early on, but scaling required a connected system with greater visibility and control.
“Before Orderwise orders were done manually, booking them into Sage and picking by memory. It worked when we were small, but growth made inefficiencies inevitable.”

Now, every bathroom order is picked, labelled and tracked individually. That’s vital for keeping contractors and customers happy.
