What happens once we move forward with Orderwise?

After sign-off, you’re introduced to your dedicated project team, timelines are agreed and we begin shaping your implementation, either following our structured Reference plan or a fully tailored Time & Materials approach.

What should we expect during implementation?

Implementation is a collaborative build phase where we configure your system, train your team and test real scenarios together to ensure everything works exactly as your business needs.

What does a typical go-live look like?

Go-live is a guided transition with hands-on support from our team. We run practice launches beforehand, and during the switch-over we work closely with you, onsite or remotely, to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

What support is available after launch?

Once you’re live, our multi-tiered support team and your Customer Account Manager continue to assist with day-to-day queries, guidance, and ongoing optimisation so you keep getting value from Orderwise.

What is Flex-Serivces and why do customers choose it?
