As we say goodbye to 2023 and welcome the New Year, we're stopping to share the exciting progress we've achieved at Orderwise since our last update. We've been working hard to ensure our users have the best experience possible as we continue through our ever-evolving journey of growth, and we can't wait to share with you all the hard work we've accomplished since then:

Support Portal: Enhancing your experience

One of our most significant updates has been the launch of our Support Portal, available for all customers who have signed a new Maintenance & Support contract. This portal is a dynamic resource, offering a dedicated space for our customers to access an ever-expanding knowledge base, user guides, and informative videos. We are committed to continuously enhancing the portal with fresh content and features throughout the year, and since it's launch the portal has grown significantly, including: 

  • 700+ Knowledge Base Articles
  • 140+ User Guides
  • 150+ Online Store User Guides 
  • 120+ User Videos

Customers can also submit support requests, track updates on their tickets, and respond directly through the Support Portal. It's a one-stop resource designed to provide comprehensive solutions, guides, and tips to maximise the benefits of your solution.

Flex-Services: Transforming your service engagement 

In an exciting stride forward for our Services Team, we’re excited to introduce Flex-Services, a brand-new initiative set to redefine how customers engage with our suite of services. This new offering has been built to revolutionise our users experience, introducing a whole new dimension of accessibility and convenience.

Flex-Services is an all-access pass to a catalogue of professional services, designed to streamline and simplify your interactions with Orderwise. Through a prepaid annual subscription, you gain unparalleled flexibility in utilising a diverse range of quality services, all in exchange for FSPs (Forterro Service Points).

Orderwise Cloud: Our journey to the cloud

Our journey to bring Orderwise to the cloud continues and has reached a significant milestone in the last few months. We mentioned late last year that we are working on a web-based Orderwise that will include all the features your team know and love.

It's an important part of our journey, however, this new initiative is more than just a web-based Orderwise. This is a totally new way of consuming your software with greater security, speed of access and deployment of new features. We're providing a simple pathway for customers to migrate to this cloud-based solution all while working hard on further enhancements, actively developing features related to returns, CRM, manufacturing and more.

Release Notes: Keeping you updated

In line with our commitment to providing regular improvements to the Orderwise solution, we’re excited to share another comprehensive quarterly release. From payment processing to simplified logistics, our latest Q4 release covers a wide range of areas across accounts, couriers, ecommerce, mobile devices, purchasing, and more.

Brand Unification: A fresh look for Orderwise

As many of you will now be aware, last year, we began an exciting brand unification process, resulting in a new website and a fresh look for Orderwise. As part of our acquisition by Forterro, you will have likely noticed some exciting changes to our brand's appearance. While our look and feel are evolving, our core commitment remains the same – to provide you with top-notch software and service. 

These changes won’t directly impact our customers, but we want to keep you informed about the transformation. For more details, you can read our latest brand update.

Supporting worthy causes throughout the year 

At Orderwise, we've not only been focusing on our internal growth and unity, but also on making a positive impact on the world.

In October, we organised a bake-off cake sale to support the incredible cause of Breast Cancer Now. Thanks to some terrific baking and unwavering support from our colleagues, we’re thrilled to announce that our dedicated efforts raised a total of £422.35. 

In November, it was the Order Mo’s turn to take the reins and raise awareness for the fantastic cause of Movember. Driven by a small team of Orderwise employees, the Order Mo’s surpassed expectations and raised over £1,500 for cause. The team's success culminated in a select few members joyfully shaving their heads—a symbolic gesture celebrating their unwavering commitment to raising awareness and fostering conversations about men's health.
