Meet our Bumper Crop of new Recruits

With 2018 well under way, this month’s newsletter sees us introduce several new recruits of the OrderWise team. Our latest recruits join a variety of departments, bolstering OrderWise resources across the business as we embark on another year of growth.

The first three weeks of their employment was spent learning how to use OrderWise and taking part in activities in our warehouse training facility to provide experience of the software in a practical environment. The intensive training also involved assessments of knowledge and progress to ensure that benchmark understanding was being achieved.

With their initial training now completed, each staff member has started settling into their new job role and begun the second stage of training in their respective departments.

Joining our rapidly expanding Technical Support Department are Brett Gleadle, William Charnock, Michael Jackman, Matthew Arloff, Maria Filby and Ben Dickinson who will be at the frontline of customer support here at OrderWise.

Our team of Software Trainers has also been strengthened with the addition of Lewis Strellis, Darren McCormick and Russell Essom who will be training both staff and customers on the ever-growing range of OrderWise features and functionality.

Joining our Project Management Department are Simon Stanham and Hayley Martin whose roles will be to assist clients with the installation and implementation of their OrderWise software. Our Testing Department sees the addition of Liam Gittins and Apprentice Jack Chalkley who will be helping their team to ensure our software is always of the highest quality.

Our eCommerce Department also sees further growth with Rafal Krawiec joining the team as a Web Developer.

Also joining the company are Daniel Howard, Adam Gatrick and Steph Oxford who are the new team responsible for preparing a range of hot and cold food in our staff café, ‘The Hive’.
