David founded OrderWise 30 years ago and is the driving force behind our success. He remains very active in the day-to-day running of the business.

Steve Ridgley

Technical Director

Steve is one of the longest serving members of the team. He sets the strategy for the continuous development of our software.

Alex Liggett

Projects Director

Alex’s team are responsible for the implementation of OrderWise into your business. His team of industry experts work with you to prepare and launch your new solution.

Lou manages a team of 50 OrderWise specialists to provide world-class ongoing support and assistance to our customers.

Head of Customer Success

Meg manages our Customer Success team, helping our existing customers develop their business. Meg’s dog Carla, is a regular in the office and brings a smile to everyone in the office.

Financial Controller

Karen heads up our Finance Team and is responsible for all finance related matters for the Wise Technology Group.

Richard Cone

Head of Training

Richard manages our team of trainers as they travel the length and breadth of the country advising our customers on best practice and showing them how to get the most out of the software.

Head of e-Commerce

Terry’s e-Commerce team design and build websites for our customers as well as creating the integrations with existing marketplaces.

Projects Office Manager

Charlotte heads up our Web Project Management Team who work closely with our customers to create an Online Store or Trade Portal that’s integrated with OrderWise.

Internal Improvement Manager

Matt heads up our Internal Improvement team who support our customer facing teams and ensure that we run as efficiently as possible for our customers.

Customer Relations Manager
