This month sees new grids added to the Business Intelligence Module which enable a business to report based on the name in the order ‘taken by’ field. This provides more flexibility in how a business reports and analyses data and accommodates businesses that do not use Sales Reps or Account Managers in their trading operations, or may have Sales Reps taking orders on behalf of others on occasion.
As is the case with any Business Intelligence grid, information displayed can be filtered to only show data for a certain date range. In addition the usual invoice/order information columns for quantity, net values, margin and margin % are also available.
