With more than 200 customers and colleagues attending, a full theatre and a great buzz throughout the day, it was fantastic to bring the Orderwise community together in one place.
From sharing what’s next for Orderwise to hearing directly from our customers, the day was built around open conversations, new ideas and learning from each other.
We know not everyone could make it this year, so below you’ll find a taster of the day. From an interactive morning in the theatre discussing what’s next for Orderwise and our customers, to an afternoon of networking with our partners, Orderwise teams and SLT, there’s plenty to unpack.
Let’s take a look.
kick off

Kicking off the day:

Chris Fisher - M.D Orderwise, opened the day by sharing how customer feedback is shaping Orderwise, from improvements to Support and on-premise commitments to the future direction of the product. The message was simple: we talk, we ask, and we act on what customers tell us.

Marcos Malzone - Director Product Marketing, then brought See Ahead. Stay Ahead. to life, demonstrating how MyForterro.ai can surface important information earlier to help protect margin, react faster and share expertise across teams, while keeping people firmly in control of decisions.

Real customers. Real conversations.

The customer panel shifted the focus to real experiences, giving customers the opportunity to hear directly from their peers about adopting technology and approaching change.

The conversation explored the challenges businesses are trying to solve, how technology can change the way teams work, and where human judgement continues to play an important role.

What’s next for Orderwise

Carrie Tallet - Orderwise Product Manager took customers through the Orderwise roadmap, including the Rules Engine, Purchasing Agent, Web Client completion and Interactive Homepage, before looking ahead to integrations, further AI capabilities and other priorities across 2027 and beyond.

The session also introduced our partnership with AGR, expanding the conversation around procurement forecasting, while reinforcing how customer feedback continues to influence what gets prioritised and developed next.

See how MyForterro.ai is being developed to help businesses surface important information earlier, reduce manual work and make more informed decisions using the data already within their systems.
