Salary banding: £25,000-30,000
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive software support to OrderWise users through various channels and ensure efficient handling of support tickets. You'll document user communications, manage ticket progress, and collaborate with colleagues for seamless service.
Maintaining customer service excellence, achieving targets, and upholding our company's image are essential. Additionally, you'll prioritise your workload, stay current with professional development, and actively contribute to meetings and team growth. You should be prepared to take on additional duties and training as needed, aligning with the role's responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong organizational and prioritization skills, along with a high degree of motivation and client focus. They are equally adept at working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a friendly and professional demeanor, are crucial attributes. Furthermore, they consistently meet or exceed ticket closure targets, showcasing their capacity to learn quickly and accurately.
