Salary banding: £40,000 - 50,000, OTE of £70,000+
As a dedicated Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries from your assigned accounts, taking ownership of the entire customer account lifecycle. Your role involves gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and business goals of customers, collaborating with them to develop tailored plans and priorities aligned with our products and services.
Utilising your expertise, you will demonstrate modules and functionalities both remotely and face-to-face, leveraging the support of a Pre-Sales Engineer as needed. Providing compelling cost justifications, you will assess the impact of problems on business priorities. Additionally, you will handle customization requests and work towards meeting sales targets, ensuring the maximization of revenue within your assigned accounts.
We are looking for a candidate with a keen insight into the diverse needs of customers and prospects, understanding the business and operational challenges they encounter. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building skills, excelling in establishing connections with both customers and colleagues.
In addition, they bring valuable experience and comprehension of ERP systems and other business technologies, showcasing a detail-oriented approach. The ability to effectively manage the sales process is a crucial aspect of this role, and preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in selling business-to-business solutions.
