How does Cloud fit in to the roadmap?
Orderwise Cloud is a key, strategic direction for Orderwise and where you'll see this featured most is in our Web Client plans as well as the new features we'll be delivering moving forward, all of which are Cloud exclusives.
Are Cloud and Web the same thing?
Put simply, no. Our Web Client is an exclusive component of our Cloud offer but Cloud itself is much more than that; it's support, a scalable environment, functionality bundles and the latest in tech all rolled in to a single subscription.
Who controls the product roadmap?
You do! Our software community are the main driver for inputs to the roadmap and then our Product Management Team expertly align these inputs in to a plan, picking out the things which are most commonly asked for and converting these in to what we refer to as an initiative. In 2026, major initiatives for the roadmap include Artificial Intelligence (AI) and eCommerce Capabilities amongst others
