COVID-19 Update: OrderWise Customers – Our Plan To Support You

In this time of uncertainty, we are working hard to give OrderWise customers the flexibility they need.

Following the development of COVID-19, OrderWise has been proactively following advice from UK Government and Public Health England. We have official plans in place to continue providing our services, supporting our staff and protecting OrderWise customers.

As a result of UK recommendations, we understand that many customers may feel it necessary to close sites and work remotely to prevent the spread of the virus. We know that having the right tools to effectively manage operations is essential when working from outside the office.

To help prepare customers for the challenges ahead, we are offering FREE additional temporary user licences for the next three months to all existing OrderWise customers in a Support & Upgrades package. We hope this eases the potential struggles for our customers during these difficult times.

To redeem additional user licences, OrderWise customers should contact the Customer Success Team. We continue to operate normal business hours so please call us if you have any other concerns relating to business continuity amidst COVID-19.
