Business Continuity at OrderWise – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

OrderWise is actively following the latest advice set out by UK Government and Public Health England regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

In addition to the existing company’s disaster contingency policy, OrderWise has implemented a separate continuity plan to maintain business as usual during this difficult time.

The following procedure sets out the continuity measures that OrderWise is bringing into effect immediately.

The procedure aims to ensure that OrderWise will be able to operate to the best of its abilities in the current climate while protecting, as far as is reasonably possible, its employees and clients.

  • We have tested the resilience in working from home and the whole company is working remotely in accordance with government guidelines. This will currently not affect our business operating hours and we do not anticipate any impact on the quality of our services.
  • Continuing compliance with the social distancing measures set out by UK Government, all visits to and from clients will be actively converted to video calls, where possible.
  • We have created a bespoke training course for our employees to ensure that they understand the current Government guidelines and have the necessary knowledge to work safely at all times, whether working from home, in the office or on site with customers. This training is mandatory for all of our employees.
