When it comes to invoices, each customer will usually have their own preferred frequency as to how often they want to be billed. With invoices needing to be created in different formats and sent at different times throughout the month like this, businesses may find that this can cause challenges with both administration and financial reporting. Solving this, new functionality has been added to OrderWise Invoicing to enable the actual generation of both invoices and credits to now be automated.
The 1st October deadline is fast approaching for those businesses with more complex requirements to start keeping records digitally and use MTD-compatible software to send VAT returns. With this is mind, this month we have introduced the ability to manage and submit multi-company group VAT returns through the OrderWise Accounts module.
Here at OrderWise, we are constantly enhancing our sales functionality to help businesses maximise opportunities and speed up order processing. This month is no different with four new features added in version 19.8 of OrderWise. These include the ability to set a start and end date for variant messages to appear, as well as an option to highlight whether an order is above or below a minimum margin value.
Negotiating the supply of a product and then splitting delivery across a weekly, monthly or yearly schedule is not uncommon, however how businesses choose to handle this process can massively vary. Providing two solutions to this scenario, our Bulk Orders and standard Sales Order functionality have both been enhanced this month to enable batches of call offs to be created and order lines scheduled, allowing for much greater efficiency.
